Registration at DiecastXchange.com is completely free of charge. When you register, you must choose a username, password and have a valid email address. Duplicate usernames and email addresses will not be allowed. All such duplicate usernames will be deleted without warning once confirmed and at the descretion of the Forum Admin Staff, all usernames for one person could be deleted.

Please remember we are not responsible for the content of any message posted. DiecastXchange.com will not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and by registering, you agree that we are not
responsible for the contents of any message. In an effort to prevent the aforementioned, DiecastXchange.com does have moderators who volunteer their time to moderate the forums content and manage all content accordingly and timely.

Posts and topics express the views of the author and are not neccessarily the views of DiecastXchange.com and the DX
Community as a whole. Any user who feels that a posted message is offensive or entrusive is encouraged to contact the
staff of moderators immediately by email and/or PM. Staff members have the ability to remove objectional content at our
descretion within a reasonable timeframe if determined that removal is neccessary.

You agree, through your registration and use of this forum and website, that you will not use this website to post any material which is knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harrassing, obscene, profane,
sexually graphic or explicit, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or which is violative of any laws.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless stated material is owned by DiecastXchange.com, and to hold harmless and indeminify DiecastXchange to the extent allowed by law against any action for damages, actual and consequential, past, present or future, which may result from your posting of copyrighted material. You also agree that any material posted at DiecastXchange.com may be used and redistributed within DiecastXchange.com to the extent required to facilitate the efficient and normal operation of the website and forum. Posted material is by participating members is recognized as contributed and/or donated material.
