I used to sell diecasts (motorcycles) on eBay a long (long) time ago, which is how I was introduced to DX during its first year of operation.
How did you find the DX Forum in the first place??

I really can't remember. I started back in the early 90's collecting diecast 1/18 diecast Ferrari. And my collection grew very slowly, one or two a year and hard to find. I wasn't really hooked at that time. I didn't get on to the Internet till the late 90's. At that time I never really thought about searching for diecast. Then I did some searching for sellers and I discovered eBay. I guess it was just luck that I found this website while searching. And everyone knows what it was like when you first got connected to the Internet. You just spent hours searching and clicking away on links because it was so amazing. Sometimes you forgot what you were originally looking for.
