Hello all, I recently purchased a 1/18th scale Kyosho diecast and another diecast, and I will refrain from putting the member on spotlight for now, hopefulyl assuming they do the right thing; lets just say they're well known here with thousands of posts; and I received two models from that member with somewhat of shipping damage just due to one later of bubble wrap on them. The main model that my concern is of is that the front wheel's control arm was broken and the mirrors were broken off in shipping. I've tried to email the member, but no replies back yet I see they've signed on here after the fact multiple times.
Any idea what I should do?

My friend, You need to contact a member of staff here, They will try and help you out as best as they can.

Best to try and solve these problems behind the scenes than air them all in public.
