Is it only karma because it was a good deal?

Also sellers should pack items the way they would like to received it. The struggle for buyers ends until they find a great deal on a model and when they receive it it's destroyed.

I had no problems with dealers in Germany. That's why I don't send emails, how to pack models.
Well I don't send emails if the seller sells models ;)

As for the others.. Do not unscrew the Miuras.. They are so fu*ked up to dissamble..
And I can tell you, newer Miura is rubish from the inside ;)

It is karma because I hate idiotic sellers pointing out MEGA or SUPER DUPER RARE..
And I choose the only one who didn't used those words..

So.... After 2 hours of work..

I was trying to make Jota and SVR one car..
I f***ing failed.. I took front wheels from the Jota and install it on the SVJ and guess what? They didn't fit.. Because they were too '' stanced '' and tyres opened bonnet.. Also chassis was lower than wheels.
At the end I also noticed there was wiper damaged..
So I threw those shits in the bin. And I will try to get another one. f*** it..
A nice feedback will be left to the seller.

Just thought I'd chip on car_models from Greece. I've bought 3 models from him so far and everything was perfect, all arrived in a couple of days. I bought direct rather than eBay, I've asked for a few more models if he can get them.

Just thought I'd throw it in there!

No, you can only block people from buying from you. You can't do anything else.

Hi all,
it's always discouraging to hear or read stories of unhappy customers because the seller(s) behave(s) like real t@rds!Some of you may not aware of that but a few days ago eBay and PayPal have adopted a new policy consisting in giving the buyer a 180-days guarantee against defective items or bad sellers;they won't cover you if you change idea, though!
Last week I've ordered two models from Casabattiloro only to discover a few hours later on this very forum and from his signature on a message that he had sent me(as Murphy's Law would have had it!),that the guy behind that eBay seller was Good Ole Mike!I immediately called PayPal and explained them that I had just bought two very expensive models and that there may have been some problems with either the models or the seller himself. The woman I talked to told me that I had no reason to worry because if the items wouldn't have been as described I'd have had the right to ask for a refund and the seller would been given 11 days or so to come clean!NO lame excuses,no ifs and buts,no passing the buck allowed this time around!
I had read hair-raising campfire stories about refurbished or faulty cars being shipped,I had read more about struggles to get a refund and so on and so forth therefore I decided to cross my bridges before coming to them and get ready to counter-react in case a problem should arise!
I sell on eBay and even if the seller pays immediately the money is freezed for two or three weeks before you'll have it on your account. In the past year and before this new "policy" there have been two cases in which I hadn't received what I had bought from a seller in Australia and from another one in England,I just filled in the requests for a refund and in both cases the money was on my account in a few working days.Needless to say, the items I had ordered surfaced nearly two months later (no registered mail and no signature upon recipt required!) and I duly sent the money to the sellers, and both of them had  forgotten about that!
There are only three things that work here in Italy,at least up to a few seconds ago, namely Ferrari( :hope: ),the Postal Service and eBay/PayPal.it but I think that the latter oughta be working the same way worldwide. When dealing on eBay PayPal seems to be the best choice, even if the CC companies have their ways to care for their customers, and any purchase is protected by their guarantee and the new policy!
AudiRS6,calling PayPal and try to explain them what has happen wouldn't hurt and now you can call them toll-free at their new telephone number!
Cheers
