wasn't going to post this as didn't think it was all that bad? knew eBay would sort me out and then I'd happily return the model! opened a case as the buyer hadn't responded to me and 5 minutes later had a full refund sitting in my PayPal! felt s bit bad for the seller as its cost him, and obviously doesn't post models to often!

anyway here's the pics!!

safe to say that bumper isn't an easy fix! the spoiler is ok and would sit back on ok! think it's probably good for spares! ah well

That's truly sad to see a classic prime pork arriving like that. Was it even screwed down to the base or was it loose? Glad it got sorted out quickly by ebay/paypal and hopefully you can find another.

Tbh IF you were trying to make a model with damage for your repair-shop diorama you wouldn't be able to reproduce this 'believable' accident damage. THIS looks like the perfect fit for such an option.
Of course that is not what you were after and I hope you'll find another one.

it's one of those things! I bought it as it was a fair price so to say I got my cash back and a bashed up model I can't really complain! sure the seller never meant to do it!
there was no box was kinda dumped in a box with a few peanuts, it was one of those where you give it a little shake and its sounds like a kids rattle you know it's not going to end well ha!

not sure what to do to be honest eddy, first thought was to strip it for parts, but most bits would be useless and a waste, next is to just stick it on eBay for someone to do a diorama on it or same as what I thought and strip it for bits? we shall see ha

You could add some sponsor stickers, get different wheels for the back, use thread and glue to "stitch" the bumpers back on, and presto! You have a drift 911.

That looks like a Nurburgring diorama to me!

Have you emailed Britta at AUTOart and asked if she can source the spares for you?

If you can keep it, I'd use it for a 1/18 crash scene like Guiddy said.."Nurburgring diorama"  :nice:
