These are pure works of Art.
Despite being a Le Mans nut, i only learned what the sponsor actually did a few days ago. Very amusing! :)

For my BMW Motorsport collection, I've been looking for an M1 Procar in the ///M livery, and also the E36 M3 GTR ADAC with the ///M livery.
For my fastest cars in the world collection, I'd like a 1901 Mercedes 35 HP or 40 HP by Johann Distler, which were Mercedes dealer editions and have since gotten pretty rare. I'd also like a good, detailed 288 GTO, but I'm not willing to pay crazy prices for the Hot Wheels Elite...
I added the Procar early this year (got lucky when Minichamps re-released the same livery with a different driver). Just added the Distler 40HP this past week. So that's 2/3 grails in one year! (I detailed a GTO a few years ago, and I'm happy enough with it that I'll pass on the BBR)

I'm trying to limit the amount of models I'd consider holy grail for several reasons:
1) I got into collecting 1:18s because I wanted to upgrade from 1:64s after seeing photos of top-end models like CMC and Exoto.
2) By upping the standard to be qualified on my list, I have plenty of reason to turn down models of lesser caliber (despite how tempting they may be to buy). In doing so I can hold myself back from what I consider an addiction and I can save my wallet to see another day.
3) I don't have a lot of space.
In other words, I'm looking to set the margin of quality very high.
What are the holy grails currently?
Minichamps BMW M1 Kenwood Pro Car
Exoto 1966 Chevy Corvette Stingray (blue livery)
AutoART Jaguar D-Type Championship (because Exoto costs too much lol)
Exoto Shelby Cobra Daytona (one really pretty livery)
ONE CMC model.
