So 2 weeks ago I ordered this opened-unused Blue BR-Z from Mandarake.

This serves as an quick report on how well the shipping service is and what is the condition of their so-called "used" goods.

Standard box and it looks ok during the shipment.

Good it's bubble wrapped and heat shrinked plastic around it.

The plastic strings that secure the hood, doors and trunk were not there.
The box has a small tear on one side (as a result of inexperienced box opening skills).

I was scared at first becuase the latch (for the hood) might chip the front but I am happy to report it has no damage whatsoever and the exterior is flawless from what I can tell.
:10:
This model looks ace and i'm glad i got it

its good there is no damage. with opening parts not secured properly, damage could easily happen. i have also had some models arrived with parts not secured, but luckily with no damage.
but it shouldnt depend on luck to arrive undamaged.

Youre lucky to have a not damaged model, when the doors are loose!

Yeah all that clapping could kill a model! I'm not going to buy from them unless it's really a bargain now!

I'd be careful even if it is a bargain - doors loose can spell major disaster.

Regardless, congrats to adding a BRZ to your collection!!! Great choice!

Congrats on the add. I got my AUTOart Pagani Hyuara from them last week shipped exactly the same way, although i was a bit luckier;  model was almost brand new,  perfect brand box and everything still zipped up inside the Styrofoam box.

The delivery process was as good as as any new diecast seller.
