Same here, i wrote an email 2 weeks ago because my i wanted an update on the pre-order i made few months ago, but i got no answer.

I think they're just too busy. I was sent an email asking to pay for a pre-order, I replied asking to have it cancelled, and got a reply within minutes saying it's been cancelled. So the service is running as well as always, but if it's just Rob working, then I can see how he'd have trouble receiving models, sending them, keeping inventory, AND replying to 100 emails a day. I'm guessing he works an 8 hour day like everyone else. Who knows what else he's got going on in his life.
