Recently won this in an auction.  I noticed a slight problem but put in a bid anyway.  Am I right in thinking that the white part of the decal/paint is missing on the lower front fender around the wheel well on the left side?  The right side of the car looks "normal."

It looks dark blue there to me which matches the blue on the car so it's not a problem imo. Could be far worse like decals peeling or half missing a decal with a logo or words. Perhaps it is a factory defect?
