Finally got the Charlie's Angel Mustang Cobra II with the Farrah Fawcett figure & am kinda' bummed out! The letters F, R, & D in Ford is missing just below the lip of the hood, only the O is present. There's a long gash on the hood stripe. Also, I don't understand why all the advertisement photos show the model with the TV car's correct grille without the horse logo on it, but the the model itself has the horse logo.

Not pleased!

Here are photos of the defects... The gash is difficult to photograph but you can see part of it towards the bottom of the yellow circle. The gash runs the entire length of the yellow circle in the second photograph.

Maybe the smudge is not that noticeable, but a missing 75% of the car's lettering up front is very poor quality control  :bawling:

Bought in a shop or 2nd hand?

The gash is very noticeable and very long, its hard to capture on camera as its about a shade or two lighter than the stripe. Bought as new on eBay and arrived yesterday. Last night I requested a refund. This morning the seller sent a full refund, my shipping charge plus the cost to ship it back to him. :eusa_clap:

I had the same problem with the letters on mine.
They were there but very sloppy.
Its a systematic issue.
:(

I'll take that one and that one and that one!

Greenlight QC needs to be better than that, no excuses. They are much better with the little cars they do, they should probably just stick to those.

Hey Batman,

I saw this post on another forum as well. I posted a customer service email, were you able to get ahold of Kelsey? I believe she has some foil FORD replacement letters. If you haven't seen that, try:

knv@greenlighttoys.com

Thanks,

Matt

Thank you, Matt! I haven't seen the customer service email. I already returned the car to the seller, the gash on the hood stripes was too large and too noticeable to keep.
