Well, I allways was on Otto's side. Yes I had isues from begining of their work. Alot from you was like - it's shit, no quality, and so on. But I was with them. But now is just enough I think. Bought Bx 16v. I sits on three wheels. Yes, it's not the first model like that. I had some more with this fault in the past. But I corected em. But now I just was mad. And you know what they said about that? Repair your self!

Second issue. Bought Xantia on ebay. Today tooked from box. Box was originally sealed. So interesting, how such piece of shit can sneak through factory gates?

pardon my ignorance... and being bit slow today. I've been looking at the image in question for few times now and I am still trying to figure out which is the blaring QC mishaps?

...oh Is it the hazing on the headlight lenses?

You could try sending them the photo above, and ask for a replacement lens. They usually have spares for faults like this.
Use thinned pva glue or gloss clear varnish hobby paint applied around the headlight bucket.
On two occasions I had similar problems with their models - a race seat with no seatbelts and a broken wheel rim. Replacements were sent free of charge.
I am a club member, and always quote my membership details in correspondence, so I don't know if this is a factor in this instance.

Send them an email and ask for a spare headlights, they usually send me parts even tho I never buy directly from them. They are still a hit or miss. I was lucky with some, with my latest purchase - grey Mercedes 300CE Hammer both licence plates are off, rear plate is really off to the right a lot. Model is still at my friends place, I am just afraid if I take the plate off there will be super glue behind it that I would not be able to remove (and it would be visible next the the plate if I correct it) - this was the case on my GT Spirits matte grey Nismo GT-R

Thats a disappointing looking Citroën!

I've only ever had one bad OttO model, the E61 M5 Touring. It had a scratch or something on the paint that had then been clear coated over, so I contacted them about it and they emailed me a postage label to return the faulty one and they sent me a replacement model that arrived 2 days later. Their customer service is very good and they are very prompt and helpful, which is refreshing to see these days.
