So get a load of this guy.

Wins an auction on March 4,  doesn't pay for a few days so I ask and he says he'll pay on March 18. That's two weeks to pay without any prior warning given.

March 19 I message him again. Guess what! He'll pay at the end of this week he says.

So I open an unpaid case and he sends me this message:

"
I told you I pay you this week!!

After payment you will got negative feedback for sure cause you opened the case!

Thanks"

The balls on this guy!

Wes

Ahhh ebay, the land of dreamers and liars, I'm pretty sure they live in a different world to the rest of us. I have had countless "buyers" for my items over the years who do that, but they're almost always are full of s**t. I would report him to ebay, and send them copies of the messages, then hopefully they'll see what a liar this guy is.

I wouldn't have given him that long to pay! People like that need to stay away from places like eBay.

Tom has hit the nail on the head, there's too many chancers and dreamers on here. I only deal with people who have the money to buy what I'm selling.

What a poopiehead! Anyway as the guys here are saying Wes report him to eBay, using screenshots of the messages with him. If eBay have a lick of sense they will remove any negative feedback the guy gives you, and probably give a warning to him.

Talked to ebay and they said if he doesn't pay in the next 4 days, the unpaid case is closed and he won't be able to leave feedback anyway. If he does pay and leaves negative feedback, they'll have it removed.

From past experience, buyers like that always want the thing sent right away and then keep asking if you've done it yet!!

I really don't know if reporting would do anything. So far I reported several sellers and so far non of them was removed from e-bay. Were they warned or what happened, I don't know but they are all still on e-bay doing their business. . . In general, e-bay is starting to be a place to avoid due to their tolerance for liars and intolerance for honest people. . .

if you get a payment from him, just make sure you ship it tracked and insured, so it doesnt mysteriously go 'missing' or 'damaged' somehow.

You should just cancel the transaction! That way you don't have to bother with him and he wouldn't be able to leave any negative feedback

I have situations like this before and that's what I have done.

Just "Cancel the Transaction" as item not available anymore or item damaged.

People like that on ebay just to my head in!
