I'm sure some of the workers do collect the cars, imagine they probably only have to pay 5 or 10 USD for a model... I'm not familiar with the diecast model business, but I know that the cable they sell out there... You guys pay 10 times more than whatever I quote to my client.
Use my factory for an example:
Normal workers: 80-90 USD
Machine operators: 120 USD
Group leaders: 150 USD
Supervisors: 200 - 300 USD
Manager: 500 USD
Larger company has better salary for the white collars of course, but for the normal workers, the wage is pretty much the same.
