With all respect to my three friends, I don't think any of them have shown anything to compete with Mr. One Percent. Yes, they're very opinionated, but they aren't nearly smug and condescending enough.

Jeff, I draw a line between opinions and plain insults. DD's only opinion in that particular thread seemed to be that it was unreasonable to want decent customer service. He may have been animated and rude, but I don't class that as the same as actually holding opinions on something.
