At the end of the 1971 United States Grand Prix, Francois Cevert won is first Formula 1 race. Two years later he died at the same track during a practice session.

Another Exoto $99 model. In my opinion, one of the ugliest F1 cars out there. But, Tyrrell typically looks a bit off from the competitors. The focal point for me is the engine. Typical Exoto, this is top notch. And again, the exhaust could be better. This one comes with the driver. A nice touch and a look at the helmet. Even in these days, the drivers had fun with their helmets. The body is covered in good paint and decals. There are even fake rivets along the side of the car. It helps gives the car some depth and realism. Working suspension is very impressive. The tires are very cool, and have small grooves on the surface area. Overall, a top model and well worth what I bought it for.

Nothing comes off, but the engine is right there to see. That is the best part. And it looks great.

Thanks, the engine is great. I still need to take pictures, but we are actually getting rain in Texas.
