Jaguar C-X75 in the near production form in that stunning blue color. I was really hoping this would happen when it got picked as the villain car for "Spectre" but it's not happening I guess. Also the Exoto Ford GT40 MK II in Catalunya Splash.

Hmm, probably a Dauer 962, both the original 1994 long nose version and the later short nosed versions. Would need to be diecast of course (I do have the Spark resin 1994 one), with the same level of detail as the AUTOart McLaren F1 and TSM F1 LM combined.

Oh, and also the McLaren F1 GT, by either TSM or AUTOart as well:

I would love to see a 1/18 scale version of the Bob Tullius (Group 44) Jaguar Series 3 E Type. It was a great looking car that was very successful.

Ideally this :

but I'm guessing that any model would need a mass market appeal, with different livery options, so I suspect Marcos' LM600 would be a better option (just check out all the variants Fly make as slot cars!)

My "ultimate dream" 1:18 to have, hmm? Lord, there are so many, but if we're talking about those never released in 1:18th, I would go for the Chaparral 2D in Nurburgring form which Exoto actually had built but never put in production:

I would actually love to see a 1986.5-1992  MKIII Supra US Spec (as it's wider than the base Japanese/S.E. Asian version and has a better looking rear than the EU versions).

Once you really start to think about it in depth, it's a bit staggering to see how many 1:18 high end models are missing. There are many I could list, such as:

Ferrari F50
Jaguar XJ220
Pagani Zonda (seriously, why hasn't autoart made a road going zonda? They've made both the Huayra and Zonda R, so what's the deal?)

The one that I would pick the most, however, would have to be the XJ220. This was my first model car that I bought and I got it at a thrift store for $4 (I paid for half, dad paid for the other half since I was only 9), and I was actually blown away by the engine details on that older Maisto. However, after owning 2 autoart signature models, I've come to realize that its horrible in details. I would really like to see Autoart make a *diecast* version of this car with the opening rear trunk and the working headlights that the maisto was lacking when it was released. This car really deserves a high end version, and since the F1 and EB110 have gotten their turn, when will they finally produce one?

Would like to add to this list a BMW 850 CSi, exactly like this one, with those wheels - but by AUTOart, with opening parts.  Otto's effort is remarkable, but when AUTOart can engineer things like flip-up headlights onto a 1:43 Countach while maintaining accuracy, I prefer my 1:18s not sealed.

1999 Mercedes CLR.  I emailed Spark yesterday to see if/when they could release it since they've made a 1/43 version.

Posted Image

1997 McLaren F1 GT like said above!  I want the green prototype version, burgundy (and then repainted silver) version customer car, and a black one like the Brunei one.

Brabham BT55...the predecessor to the MP4/4 design by Gordon Murrary.  Powered by BMW.  I love it. :)
