These MI Jags are tremendous bangs for the buck IMO Dan.... :twocents:

I also have the Staffs Police version here.....and it is one of my favourite models in my collection!

I also have the 'Morse', and love the way they display together -  I think it's admirable that MI have paid attention to all the differences in detail between the variants.....e.g. the hood ornament, wing mirrors, bumpers, internal dash, seats, radio etc. etc... :10:

Here is a pic by way of illustration....

I must admit I've not given it much of a look over - I purchased it for my Dad as his Xmas present to replace the old Maisto version he had. I prefer the wire wheels from the standard MI cars, but I thought the Morse version was the nicest colour, and being TV memorabilia, it'll probably hold more value too.

Externally, it seems to be very tidy - nice chrome, all the panels line up, good shut lines etc. Only slightly disappointing element was the lack of carpets inside.

I agree Dan, it's an oversight that would've really made the Morse version (and I've thought of modding it myself)....however the Police and racing versions would have probably only had rubber mats so it's not so important.... :twocents:

I had a look at your Police thread. It looks very nicely detailed.

Having generic "Jag Mk2" licence plates on the standard cars was another thing that put me off, the Police and Morse versions have real plates.

No idea what the inspector morris is, but I like the color of the Jag.
Eddy, if i was you, i'd disqualify him for this

Under normal circumstances he'd be shot at dawn Sven, but after all, 'tis the 'Season of Goodwill'....

C'mon, we do not get this show in the US. But, I am going to watch it now.

So have you found out who Inspector Morse is now then Jon? :nice:

I got this one for a decent price actually, because it had a slightly scuffed/worn box, but otherwise was mint. I think it was about £60 including delivery - they normnally sell for about £85.
