What if you put it in daylight? Might be (allmost) black with a blue shade in it.

a friend's M3 has a similar tint, when you look at it at 45 degrees it's black, look at it off center and it's dark blue. but this looks black, no doubt about it. kooky...

That's carbon black. Very similar to a magpie's feathers.
My old mans 3 series is the same colour. Looks stunning in sunlight.

That other blue is similar to indonapolis blue.. Mad how it's changed into black though!

Under brighter light you can see the blue. This one isn't Cardon Black, which also changes color, I think.

I think that's Monaco Blue, but I'm not completely sure. My 3-series sedan DE is also the same color.

That' very interesting...are you sure nobody is doing any voodoo to you???? Seriosly now, I think that is a neat thing. When u get tired of one color, place the model under different lightning conditions and you will be looking at the same model in different color.

Why can't this happen to me? I wish I could put my Intergalos Blue M3 in a box, open it back up and take out a white car!

Did you take it outside & see ? it might need sunlight to get the colour looking bright.
