The Javelin ('71 I think) looks like an all new effort, rather than a modified road car - as is the case with various Mustangs.

As well as their retreaded 67-69 Camaros.

Could someone please tell me if the GMP #6 1969 Ford GT40 is more accurate shape than the new #9 Ford GT40 that is to be released later this year? The new #9 GT40 apparently has an ugly nose

Thanks

@ws6_22 yea, it seems the shut lines are nicer but the ludicrous ride height is still there not to mention the front wheels which are pushed inside way too much... Well, I guess I'll save my wallet from committing suicide and I'll pass on this one although, for me, it's a highly anticipated model. Here's hoping CMR will do it in 1/18 since they already did the Montjuic and the Gelo 512Ms...

The nose section is completely wrong: headlights are too narrow, slope of the nose too shallow, knockoffs are too large, the list goes on and on....................

Yes, it is the exact same mold tooling on both models, the only difference is the rear engine cover

It's my kind of thing for sure! The extra bits for the parachute etc look plastic as hell, which is a let down. Overall though it's cool!

This is how Danbury mint made the back end of the Big Kahuna in 1/12th. So detail could be better IMO

Craig, I believe that has been on ACME's webpage for months? Anyway, the suggested release date is June 2018 but I highly doubt it.

Waiting for the 1970 Super Bee which I have pre-ordered.
