fantastic collection. I am a massive Bond fan myself. I DID have 1-107 in the collection which i bought last year off someone who did collect until it got too silly even for him. Pictures below and was really cheap (£180 for everything), i kept quite a few for myself, but sold a majority i wasnt too fussed with and made a massive profit.Would have loved to have kept them, but had no space to display all of them. I do have a few 1:18's that i got cheap aswell which are Bond.

Can I ask what source the posters were that are framed? - There is a great book that came out recently with loads of variations from each country for every Bond film to date, but dont fancy cutting up any of them to display as would be a waste of a book!!!!

Sweet Vinncent. Thats a very focused James Bond collection. Do you have every single issue from the collection? I think the current running total is 137++ if i am not mistaken? They just keep on extending this partwork series but I am pretty sure they already ran out of JB related cars to print half way through the series LOL. I came across some offers from owners who lost interest and were dumping the whole collection for half or even 1/3 of the original RRP here. Was somewhat tempted but I know I will never have that enough space to display them.

Thats a weird looking blue car top left in the first pic! Thats surely not a bondcar in this collection!;)

The posters i cut out from a old bond posterbook from -89 and then i hunted down the posters from the newer films from other sources!

Wow!!! Very very nice! Congrats.
Also nice 1:18 collection there I see.

I only collect 1:18. (my GT 2000 is not on the picture)
I still need the BMW Z3, and 3 more Esprits (ski version and both the submarine and the normal version).

You are right. Both the Mustang and the Corvette from a View to a kill. But they are both from ERTL, and I'm not convinced by its quality. An alternative for the Corvette is the white AUTOart one.

yes those are from Batman collection, the guy chucked them in with the deal at the time, so even better!!!!!!

@ Vinncent, are you still after most of the later issues E.G 100-134 like myself, or some in the first 100? I have a few that I can still move on if you are potentially interested?

Not really... The one in the movie is not white but silver.

I am glad you did the wise thing and buy the whole JB collection in 1 buy from a poor sod. I was interested in starting this collection years ago but I found out it was close to a scam. They start with a famous model, then send out a number of uninteresting cars that appeared in the movie only briefly and are of no interest to collectors. Just when people were about to cancel the shipments they would send out another interesting piece etc. etc. just to keep them hooked. At a certain stage people realised they  had spent more than 1000 euro on models of questionable quality but wanted to complete the collection thinking it might be worth something. No it isn't worth anything. Sellers get about 1/10th back of the money they invested.

Agreed there is some "poor" models actually made, but there are loads of Bond cars that are special that do not get enough credit, which is why it was made. There are still dozens more interesting cars they did not make after 134 issues, but those who are only bothered about the famous cars should go and buy the Corgi ones released just over 10 years ago. As a big Bond fan, i have to agree with what they made up until they stopped. Some really obscure models that are interesting because no one else made them in any other form. The quality of dioramas were poor towards the end, but its not that bad

Regarding the price of investment, ive bought those 107 , sold well over half making almost retail price + more on most of them. Plus have loads left kept for myself for free. So it is possible to gain the money back if done properly and not just sold as bulk, it takes time, but theres plenty of interesting models to sell back if you have given up :)
