Hello fellow DXr's!
Do any of you have experience tinting the windows of your die cast vehicles?
If so, what are your methods?

Hello,
I tint a lot of my diecasts. At one time i was using real automotive tint. It took a lot of patience and often times several applications. I'm sure if you have the patients this method will work but these days i use a product called VHT Nightshades. It's for smoking out taillights on 1:1 cars. About 3-4 swipes to the inside of your windows with this product and you get a nice dark tint but it allows some light through. Below is a pic of my jeep that has tinted windows using the VHT product. As well as what the cans look like.
