hey guys,
I have recently purchased a AutoArt R34 Gt-R Z-tune online but due to poor shipping its front grill is missing. I also have a few other Autoart models that have defects as well. .
Are there any websites, people to go to and find these parts? As I would love to restore these diecast back to there original condition.
I have attached a few photos for you guys to have a look at

Thank You in advance :)

Actually it depends what comes her way Craig, she got me mirrors for my old Murcielago and BMW 502, and wipers for DB5.....

BTW Andrew, her email is [email protected]  - it's definitely worth asking her :twocents:

She said that originally about my 502 Craig, but she makes a note, and - like she did with mine - when she dropped on one a month or so later, she emailed me to see if I still wanted one.... :eusa_clap: :yahoo:

Steffi get the cars if the buyer return Autoart model back to the shop.. Let say to Modellisimo or CK modells..
So if they had old stock and buyer get the damaged model the car goes to Steffi.. This is the reason why sometimes you can get spare parts for some older models ;)

Gents,

Is it still relevant to contact Steffi or Britta regarding the spares? Has anyone done that recently?

I have been emailing Thomas and now they have a new guy replacing Richard. Sadly I don't think Steffi works there anymore. I haven't tried Britta. I have been patiently waiting for a few months now to see if they have the parts I need, though I did give them quite a list.

Can you please share Thomas'/Richard's emails? I sent a couple request to Steffi/Britta but they didn't reply though.

Thanks guys for your assistance!

I've got the response from Richard (FW from Britta, as I understood) saying that they are working on my request. They will search for the spares in the warehouse in Germany as well as at their factory in China.

Will keep you posted.

There have spares mostly for basic models but not for rare and out of production unfortunately...

Do you have Richard's email? Britta never answers any of the messages I send her.

I guess Steffi no longer works there. I sent her a message a couple of weeks ago and had no response. It was the first time that has happened. Steffi always responds, even if to say she couldn't help me.

Thomas:  [email protected]
Britta Buchholz:   [email protected]

Hi had sent an email to Steffi this week since she had helped me a few times with spare parts. Richard replied back promptly stating Steffi is on leave, and he will try assisting me. He says he will look for the parts i am asking for and will get back to me, it depends whether one is available in stock.

I dropped a line to:  <[email protected]>
I received reply from Richard: <[email protected]>

Good luck.
