I'm glad you guys are getting some replies from Richard. Seems he's settling in now in replacement of Steffi? I tried him a couple of months ago and didn't have much luck, and Thomas replied to me at the time that he was transitioning into the job.

Yeap, I sent a reminder to Richard on my old query and Daniel responded that Richard had left the company. I also purchased a couple of spares so now looking forward to getting them.

update: emailed Daniel again since my initial request for spare parts back in April. Got reply pretty much right away and with photos of parts I requested. Paid 15 euro for them including shipping cost, then now waiting for its arrival! :drool5:
here are the pictures from Daniel.

Sorry to push this thread up again, but does anyone know who is responsible for the parts at the moment?

Thanks.

I've been there but can't find what I'm looking for.

Has anyone had any contact with Autoart lately and can tell me who to contact?

Thanks.

they will just refer you to the autoartspare site. AUTOart directly doesn't sell parts anymore.

I recently try to get some parts from Autoart directly, but they told me that they do not have any parts. But they also said that they closed the department and do not have enough man power to do it. So they also do not help with new parts as well because probably they have just a few people left. As a result, they wanted me to ask autoartspares. So it's the only chance to find some AUTOart parts.

And he dismantles damaged or rejected complete models.
As such, there will only be certain parts available.
And if you see what you want, don't wait - you may not get the chance again.
