I would LOVE for that to happen, but I don't think Spark have the Ferrari license. In any case, it is good that they are producing modern F1 cars in 1:18. For my collecting tastes if only they did recent era models and not just the current ones. No one has done the Williams post-2007, and the Spykers would also look amazing.

i believe diecast manufacturers are sometimes given privileges to be able to develop and manufacture before the actual car is released.

i would love to have that model. 299 euros is bad enough but zilvladimi on ebay is selling at the equivalent of 454eur shipped. screw that.

i would totally buy one in another color ie. gray or white for 299 eur..only because the 991 gt3 is my favorite car at the moment.

I like that a lot.  But why they charge double their usual price for these "limited" Porsche models is beyond me.  900 models is even less limited than some of their other models.  As much as I like it, this must be right up GT Spirit's alley so I'll wait for their version "limited" to something like 2,000-3,000 pieces for a quarter of the price.

Apart from the price of the 991 GT3 RS I don't even like the size of the wheels, they are massive! :dunno:

Must agree here, the wheels a bit oversized, almost DUB CITY like...The price is a whole another story. Cost - ovepriced, wheels - oversized...OverSpark - Overgreed!

The model seems bit odd the tires arnt wide enough as the actual car comapare the Geneva pics to the model pics normally 991 gt3 rs is quite wide also the tires!
I might wait till frontiart or gt spirit to release hopefully fingers crossed...

Are the trumpets on the Matra and Macca covered in mesh? Doesn't look like it, and for that price they damn well should be.

They're definitely solid for the Matra, not sure about the McLaren. I fully agree with you - it's what has prevented me from picking up the Matra.

Here's a closeup of the Matra.

not that I'm aware of Craig. No one else has them up for sale yet (Modellisimo, CK, Raceland etc) , just one seller on ebay and it's a pre-order stating out in April (item 391111517576).

I wonder if the one you saw on here was the 1:43 version by Spark, that one has been out for a month or so.
