That's the same stuff I started with on my Zonda. I think it's too coarse. It is cheap, but for quality it's better to go for photo etched mesh. You can buy these in diamond, square or hexagon shape. Check my Zonda thread because I have several pics of mesh installed and as comparison. For a quick ref, the mesh you are looking at looks the same as I have pictured in the RH lower corner:

That mesh is used in railhobby fences etc. Here how the back end of my Zonda looks like with it:

Now with photoetched mesh:

This is a coarse mesh (1mm width) I bought in South Korea via Ebay. It is at least 3 times as expensive as the railhobby mesh though.

Will search for them via Ebay, I hope I can find something interesting :)

If you search "photoetch mesh"(or photoetched) on Ebay you'll find plenty of auctions. I've bought them from everywhere, from China to England. Only problem is that it is sometimes difficult to assess how big the holes are. I've spent at least for 50 euro s on mesh sheets before I found something useful. I received sheets with holes that only were visible with a magnifying glass!

This was the best mesh I ever saw :) Luckily I found one mesh and install it on the Lancer :)

In the UK, Halfords sell mesh that you use to repair bumpers for fibreglass work.
