Based on what happened here:

In the case when I need to send the model back to the seller, whats the safe way to pack it since the case cover is already cracked? I expect it will be tossed around during shipping and the cracked case cover will break into pieces and cause the model damages. Appreciate your advice!

Don't be cheap on the stryofoam or peanuts....Pack it to the brim...

Make sure you bubble wrap the outer box first....:)

Finally, pray the Post Office will have mercy on your package...:D

Get another box & re pack it up how it is. You can put tape over the cracks of the display case to prevent them from falling in & hitting the car.

The way it was packed is good, just that someone along the line is a complete moron!
