If it's like the Motormax Pagani, start by removing the tires. What's left is the wheel housing. The silver part of the wheel comes off, then the brake disk should fall out. Then I think is an exposed small screw. Unscrew that and the back part of the wheel housing comes off. It's been awhile since I did the Pagani, but if I remember it correctly, this should work. No. Do you have a pic of the front of the wheel (wheel face)? The Motormax wheel on the Pagani looks to be a little different, but I can't tell from your pic. This may need a simple flat head screwdriver to pry the wheel from the axle, but again I can't tell from the pic. Maybe post a few pics from different angles including where the wheel meets the axle.
