The Autoart Mac F1, LM and Porsche 959 and Minichamps Merc 300SL Gullwing cover most of my core must-haves, but the lack of that CMC Ferrari 250 GTO leaves a void I can never fill.

I thought the F1 LM is less wanted than the regular F1 (except the Gran Turismo edition)?
Feel free to have a look of my collection on DX.

Thankfully I have both F1ís, the Merc and the Porsche. But the CMC mocks me from a distance with its prices.

Honestly, as much as I love the Autoart LM, and as good as it is, the regular F1 is the superior model. Aside from being the more iconic one, it has better fit and finish, and more bits open in greater detail, particularly the rear deck with all the simulated gold foil lining. I’m pretty sure AUTOart hasn’t pulled the plug on the LM yet so that’s probably going to keep the price lower for a little while longer, but it’s sure to go up a great deal too.

I want the technomodel mangusta. There was one for sale reasonably locally a few months ago but I thought it was a little overpriced it now I’m regretting it. I’ll keep the search going

For me it was the BMW M5 E39 in Avus Blue from Ottomobile. Prices have gone up like crazy in the recent years. I managed to buy one at a reasonable, but still really expensive price.
Up to the next one then I guess :)

Going with the idea that the Grail is always something you donít have, mine currently, because they also seem to be unicorns, are:

Tecnomodel Iso Grifo (I saw a real Grifo at a Classic Car exhibition last year and it is an unbelievably beautiful car)
Neo Scale Jaguar MKX (my favorite Jag of all time)

Cheers,
Chris
