With the exhausts in that position, it now looks 100% perfect! It just didn't sit right with me beforehand, but that simple suggestion has transformed the look of the rear now. Really nice work Wes!!!!

Recently I was getting annoyed with the colour of the inserts, which was silver.

Hereís a pic to remind you

Posted Image

I wanted something darker so I picked Tamiya TS-100, which is like a semi gloss light gun metal. I also went with red/gold center caps and TKdiecastís new lug nuts. Tires are the new Toyo Proxxes R888

Hereís a quick mock up. Much better I think. Just waiting for a brake set now cause this was an old build and has the ancient rotors.

Looking very nice with the darker center, I have the same thing going on with my RX7, need to change the wheels and upgrade with the latest development in modifying, lol.

i do like the silver wheels, but i think the gun grey also looks good. it goes well with the dark exterior parts like the roof, spoiler  front lip and side skirts.

I was just never happy with how the silver itself came out. Plus having the darker wheels shrinks the perceived diameter, which I like
