I don't usually buy Otto / GTS from re sellers as they usually charge more money & it takes longer to get them as they have to get them from GTS etc and then send them on etc. I pay €80 + shipping from GTS & usually buy a few at a time.
I live down south, given your location, it's probably too far for them, unless they fancy a trip round the M25 :nice:

I don't know about you, but I'd rather buy an excellent condition one and receive it 2-3 weeks later than everyone else who has ordered direct and then go through the hassle you've described above of having to send something back for an exchange - let the reseller worry about all that lol! I just paid £85 for the CLK GTR roadster which obviously excludes shipping as I'll be meeting up with him.

Seriously though, this is shambolic from GTS. I thought my M4 situation with them last December was bad, but this is just jaw droppingly bad. Hope something gets sorted out for you soon mate.

Luckily i do not have to deal with them directly. I usually buy my GTS or Otto locally at a shop or via webshops. But i do agree the QC/workmanship had gone way down. They seriously need to buck up!

I emailed them again on Monday and got a reply on Tuesday. I've just had another reply saying that a replacement has been sent out & should arrive next Wednesday. I hope it's good!! :hope:

I went to get it last night, amazingly it's problem free! :dizzy:  they sent it back in the original Brown box for the other one, but the model seems to be a replacement :smile:
