Guys,

I'm dithering over whether to buy Norev's R107. I'm OK with the model generally and its oddities (3.0 engine, manual box, so-so interior), but I'm drawn to it in... white. Does anyone here have it in white? If so, is it a bright white, or a creamy or ivory white? Internet pics seem to vary. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks chaps :)

cheers matey :) The soft top is removable. There's one on eBay but I haven't bought it yet as I'm still not 100% sure. I wonder whether I should adopt the 'over-taking approach'; if you're not sure, don't do it, lol :)

As far as i know all the soft top are removable. I got a navy blue one and it is an "improved" version without the oversized tyres. There are a few R107 SL versions available but I dont think you can go wrong with Norev it is probably the best out of all. Sunstar and CMC both made one if I am not mistaken.

Yes, CMC and Sunstar also did it. I have CMC, and to be honest it is not exactly what we consider when we say CMC. Sure leather seats, cloth top, and that is sort of it. In general shape is far from good, but soul and point of the car is right in center. Model looks like a real gentleman, has dignity and like that it represent the real car perfectly.
