Greenlight Collectibles, as far as I can tell from their own website, is not related in any way to Round 2 Corp. But who knows, they might have recently signed a deal and haven't announced it yet.

I made a guess at a link, because there seemed to be a degree of crossover.
I'm familiar with Round 2, because of their model kit brands,
I have one of their 'Robbie the robot' plastic kits (unmade).
