Let me tell you,
These things are great!!

Thin hinges, great engine detail...... they're way above autoart / kyosho level for the price...
The range rover's hinges are top notch, and id say almost cmc quality!

I quite fancy the Land Rover, I've been on the fence about them as most sellers are asking a lot of money, but a UK Land Rover dealer has them in for normal prices. But I don't know whether to hold on for the Mustard Yellow one :dunno:

F**k you Photobucket.

Almost CMC quality may be a bit of an overstatement if I may be honest.

They're really good; much better than most mid-end brands, but I'd like to say CMC is still a league above this brand. The difference from AR's level to CMC is minimal as it really comes down to how much more detail they choose to include in the model... but just that alone is what separates mid-end from high-end.

I've been looking at the blue Range Rover again, side on it looks off.. the tyre profile isn't right, they seem too 'balloon like' so they look weird in the arches. The ride height doesn't seem right because of this.

F**k you Photobucket.

People did and do upsize their tires and wheels.......

in any case to me that's not what matters.... to me it's about the LEVEL  of detail/ material used to create scale models... ie.. anti- new autoart  (plastic)B.s.

Here's a review and close up views of all the parts etc! :)

Yeah I'm aware of that. I want it as true to the real thing as possible, not some mini monster truck! I had seen that review & still wasn't convinced. It reminds me of the balloon like tyres on the Norev Porsche 911 models.

F**k you Photobucket.
