Nothing to argue about. That looks like a ZR1 alright. The C6 ZR1 is still my favourite though

I wouldn't mind having the yellow one parked on my driveway... even if it wasn't mine (but even better if it was!).

I prefer the previous version.
This one looks like it has had jaw surgery - which has gone wrong.

I'm sure the large openings are necessary for cooling management, considering the huge size of the engine and the supercharger perched atop. During a track day you dont want your oil to overheat and blow the engine.

Indeed!

Yep.  That is what plagued the C7 Z06.  Lots of cooling problems with the Z06 and it was the track Corvette which pissed a lot of the owners off.  The C7 ZR1 addresses that oversight with huuuuuge grill openings etc.  I don't think its the best looking modern Vette but it certainly is fast around a track now, without cooling issues at least so far.  Actually beat the old ACR lap record at VIR by a second or 2.  Potent beast but not best looking though. I'm sure it will grow on me eventually...maybe.

This is the swan song of the current Vette. It by far blows all others out of the water. The front clip finally has some appeal. Not just a refresh from the C6. This actually looks better than any current McLaren/Ferrari/Porsche you name it. Congrats Chevy for crafting this jewel despite all of the government mandated bullshit keeping cars anemic looking.
