Highly unlikely.  Diecast manufacturers don't follow the same conventions as automobile manufacturers.  There are probably as many ways of attaching wheels and tires to diecast as there are diecast manufacturers.  Same goes for other components on diecast models that you think might be interchangeable.

Not directly- you would need to make a mount on the Bburago axle to hold the UT rims

Anyone know how to remove the wheels from an Acme Dan Gurney AAR Cuda?
Apologies if this has been explained in the past, but searching the database these days is a waste of time.

Got that one and the companion Challenger, each in both racer and street versions, but haven't looked at removing the wheels.

Got one in the cue for a repaint and will try to look at it today.

What are you trying to do with it?

I'm replacing the wheels, and while I'm at it I plan on lowering the whole thing.
The wheels are too big in diameter and the tyres are more like modern low profile radials.
I bought a set of these which are not absolutely correct, but are better:
