This was a special gift for all the people that ordered a Bentley Mulsanne W.O. Edition by Mulliner. Does anyone know if the model is available to collectors that can't afford a Mulsanne? :giggle:

I also wonder if anyone knows the manufacturer of the model.

can't answer the question, but I have another one ;-)

When you sell a car, you hand over all the keys, the handbook, service manual etc to the new owner. With a gift like that, is kinda part of the 1:1 too in the same way the key, handbook, service manual etc are? After all, it was supplied with the car. I don't think anyone will get taken to court over this if they don't, but just curious :)

The model look super, by the way :)

From what I've seen, when it comes to limited edition cars, usually they are resold along with all of the additional memorabilia they come with. And they do come with a lot of stuff like special boxes when you choose your spec, additional gifts during the waiting period and when you take delivery of the car. Manny Khoshbin showed off an Amalgam Veyron which was custom made for the previous owner of one of his Veyrons and came with the car, albeit at a later date. So I guess it's up to how you make each given deal.

Of course, not every buyer is a big collector and cares for all of that, so sometimes such stuff gets left behind. And sometimes the original owner decides to keep them which I can understand if it's something highly personalized.

It turns out to be Truescale. They presented a dark (British Racing??) green example on the Spielwarenmesse. Strange thing was that this one was also wearing the 'CK 706' plate from W.O.'s personal car.

I've seen a real example of the Red one in real life at a proper classic car show. It may have been a re-creation but it looks fantastic!

F**k you Photobucket.

Is it just me, or does it look like a €50 model on this pictures? It looked way better on the pictures released by Bentley :dunno:
