Hey guys,

Take a look at this AUTOart BMW 3.0CSi. I thought they came in:

White, black interior

Dark blue, black interior

Light blue, blue interior (dealer edition)

Now I see this: https://www.legacydi....com/bmw-30-csi

Is this a white DE? Never seen this spec before.

I have the white and light blue versions and have never seen this color combo before either. Neither in stores nor auctions. Searching google images, it seems that these are the only pictures of this version. Might be a prototype that Autoart scraped before the final production versions since the pictures seem to come from Autoart.

Nice color combo anyways.

See if you can make out the registration number.
That might help (or add to the mystery).
My contribution is that they are white at both ends.

The brown leather interior looks very much period correct me think. Definitely loooks way more interesting than my white/black interior version. Not that I am complaining. Getting a mint example in a colour on offer for fair price 6 years ago was considered a very lucky moment for me already LOL

Same of this website here, I put in the model code on the internet and both cars have the same registration (licence) plates. So I guess the pics of it with the Brown interior are prototype pics, it didn't make it to production that way.

It will need a look at the catalogue for the year it was supposed to be released to check it (not that that's always reliable).
