This might be controversial but to me, the E60 M5 is the best M5 imo. The V10 and the design is just perfect. The car still looks absolutely stunning even to this day. So envious of your Interlagos Blue M5...beautiful. Thanks for sharing! :drool5:

cheers bro! :)

yeah, i really like this M5. The Interlagos Blue is a DE, and notable to me because it was my first Kyosho :-) It has a weird problem; on the wiper there is like this sort of smeg. I'm no sure what it is, but I clear it off and it comes back again. Not a big problem, just a strange one :-)

Also... on all of these cars, the brake discs rattle... they sound like a disco :-)

Lovely models, I really like the one in white! :eusa_clap: :drool5:

I've been looking to add one (in any color) for a long time, but very hard to find it on eBay or anywhere in acceptable condition.

That looks like dust, don't you keep it in a cabinet or display box?

Wow 3 of the rare gems Scud :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap: All i got to show for is the regular non M LOL. A defective pre facelifted and the facelifted one. I used to have the M5 from Maisto really won't mind keeping it but unfortunately it is 1 scale too small. Looks off when putting it next to the Kyosho one.

thank you mate! Yep, i'm really happy with them :-) Oddly, Carbon Black isn't black at all; it's actually a really, really dark blue.

The gunk on the wipers... it isn't dust, no. The car is always boxed. It's like something that's fungal. Like i said, i clean it off and it comes back again. Weird!

of the M5's, the E34, E39, E60 is my top favorites. not sure which i like the most. but the M5 after E60 is just not as interesting to me.

the stuff on the wipers look like mold. have your tried de-greasing it?

no mate. What product do you suggest? I'll give it a try :) none of my other diecasts has this problem. And it keeps coming back on this car.

Very nice Scuddy! One of my favourite M5 gens :eusa_clap:  The White one's so rare. I've not seen one in years!

The 'smeg' looks like the wiper has been glued and the crap has collected on it. I'd get some water on a make up brush and give it a going over.

F**k you Photobucket.

Please feel free to check out my 1/18 collection HERE

i havent had this problem myself, so before wiping with anything, test on an less noticeable area first. i would try gently wiping with some alcohol, or white spirit.
mold can grow on greasy residues, so it could explain that is why it comes back.

You need silverstone II in your life! You even have the ring taxi. Need the safety car too!

The day my diecast seller called me to collect the Kyosho F40 in red, I dropped everything and went to the store and then got the E60 M5 instead of the Ferrari. I am still glad I did it as I think this is the last of the V10s we will ever see in a main stream car.

I have the carbon black Kyosho E60 M5 and love it!
It has minimal paint rash but not too distracting.
