I have been over time collecting parts and since the decals are now in, and the Diablo is nearly finished, time to start this LB Nissan. This is a one off car by Liberty Walk and they have no intention at this stage to sell these kits, so a custom 1/18 model of this car will be a great addition to the collection.

The base model I am using is a AUTOart Nissan R34 GT-R S-tune that I got for around AUD$350.00 which took time to find because everyone wants well over $500 for one of these model. And since this real car has an old school Nissan L28 engine in it, and I want this replica to be spot on, I had to wait and find a AUTOart Devil Z for this engine. After several months of looking, I found a damaged one on FB market place, US$95.00 for the model, so that is where the engine came from.

Just in also is the 18" Advan rims and custom ordered decals from TKdiecast. I have all the little AN fittings and braided hose and other bits and pieces to for the engine bay. This one should be fun and this will also be the first fully detailed engine I have attempted too, so all round more to learn on this build.

Donor model below and the engine is already gone from it, I sold it on eBay to recoup some of the cost of this build.

This is what I kept from the damaged Devil Z, sold a few of the parts already from this build, again to recoup some costs for the build

I have the little trumpets for the carbs too, thanks Wes for the link to purchase, but this is pretty detailed to start with, but much more detail to add
