Because of the pandemic there can be quite extreme delays with shipping - especially for international shipping.
For example last year I had to wait more than 2 months for a model shipped from the US to Germany.
Have been patient all the time and finally received my model without trying to contact eBay...

How long ago has it been shipped? Do you have a tracking number?

I would only be worried if the seller has not yet handed over to the shipping agent...

I've bought from several French sellers, and the shipping wasn't the quickest.
If they use someone like DHL or a French subsidiary you could find the item went to Germany before moving on.
I was astonished when this was how I was able to track an item - until it was logged in Germany.
Then I heard nothing until it arrived on my door step (it was before covid19 struck).
I find tracking to be hit and miss most of the time.....

Although there are three others in France, all delivered in good condition even if a little slowly.
Fingers crossed all will be well.

If you open a case with ebay, they'll just say that you have to wait for it to be delivered. As I said, all they will do is check the tracking on it.
If you ask for a refund, the seller will decline as they have sent it out. It's also not fair on them for you to do that.

I also notice that e-bay seem to have extended the expected delivery times on items, which is not really surprising.

Thanks,Craig, the reason i’m thinking about this is because i read on the eBay ,the refund process should be open between 30 days of delivery date, which is why i’m afraid if beyond that day,i will totally ignored by eBay because it passed the date

How long you bought your items?

You can't get a refund due to delivery times taking longer than usual.

Bought 24th January, listed by e-bay as 'expected delivery date 11th Feb. - 24th Feb.'
I have a tracking number - which tracks as far as the distribution depot, after which, nothing.
Par for the course during these times.
But I can live with that, it's how it is.

Well, if the refund policy is 30 days from the delaivery date. You have nothing to worry about. You will only need to open a return case if the item is not as described.

Apologized,Craig, estimated delivery date.Am i mistaken to interpret here? Below is the statement that i copy from eBay
Latest estimated delivery date
When we have no information about the actual delivery date, we use the latest estimated delivery date. When we have no estimated delivery information, we consider the latest estimated delivery date to be 7 days from payment date for transactions between a buyer and seller in the same country, and 30 days from the payment date for buyers and sellers in different countries.
Extended timelines for eBay Money Back Guarantee coverage
In some limited situations, we may extend the period of time in which a buyer is eligible for the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This extra time allows us to take into consideration the buyer's location, the shipping service used, a seller's extended return window, national holidays, or delays due to circumstances such as natural disaster, national emergency, labor strike, or governmental act, or other circumstances such as fraud. In most instances, when we extend timelines for eBay Money Back Guarantee coverage, in cases where the seller is responsible for requests opened during such an extended timeline, we notify sellers with an announcement on eBay.com.

I've had items, internal to the United States sit idle for weeks, with no updates, and then they suddenly get delivered.
I shipped a 60 pound quadraphonic amplifier from Texas to Massachusetts, however, that made it in 3 days.
Hopefully now that the Holidays are behind us, things will improve.
