Amazing quality but you pay the price for it but their customer service is disgusting. I have 3 Maserati Schumacher resin models and 2 came with damaged spoilers and right away they said sure we will send them out and then answered yes they were sent out and that was more than a year ago now. They since ignored 30 emails and a blast of 50 in one shot. Awsome quality, superb detail but crappy customer service!!!!!

I don't understand poor customer service. I've been in the audio/visual industry for almost 10 years and aside from product reliability, the only thing that sets you apart from a similar manufacturer or supplier is customer service.
Get that wrong and it doesn't matter how good your products are.

Hi everyone, just joined.
Thinking of BBR, not sure if they are so superior to justify the price. Just got the autoart aventador roadster at less than haif the price and it looks immaculate. It also opens up which is great for display especially with the recent display boxes with the four lights at the corners.

I think this thread goes back to the days when BBR made diecast cars...  And welcome to the site! :yahoo:

They're not really comparable as one is sealed and made of resin, and the other (autoart) is fully opening and made of metal. Then there's the price difference. Things that are superior to resins are paint and exclusivity. Diecast - detail and lower price.
I mod stuff

Of course, some of that 'exclusivity' of 'high end' resins comes from making things like matte pink sestos with blue leather bases for $600 :dunno:

I know we are talking about the  BBR resins but the BBR Diecast are extremely good value for money.
The Ferrari 375 they made you can pick up very cheap and the detail is amazing.

I'd second that one! I paid 100 for my Le Mans winning 375 and it is a gorgeous, heavy, finely detailed piece. Very similar to a CMC model. I was the only bidder on World Cup Football match night!

That's a great price.

Off topic a but Never sell on ebay when the finishing time is when something important is on or a Saturday night. Never get good money that way.
Over the years I have found finish times after 8pm on a Sunday night work best.

My opinion! TERRIBLE after-sales communication, TERRIBLE QC control (How can a broken model come out from the factory and be sold?). They do have beautiful models, but I don't know if they are worth the risk.

Not a fan.

From what I see on the second market, they tend choose modern supercars other brands already do, and they're cars that aren't even that cool to me. Afterwards, the prices are high.

If your company makes models that no one else makes, that's something I can appreciate, AND you could easily monopolize the prices!

I havent seen a resin BBR up close, but I love their diecast. Hope they return to opening models, regardless of material.
