Hey guys, as many have suggested I will make a specific topic in the custom section for some of the things I am working on or have already available.

First big topic - tires
So far I have made a very nice recreations of the tires found on Kyosho's M3 GTR Street, F430 Scuderia, 360 Challenge Stradale and 599 GTO.

First off here are the Scuderia tires mounted on my repro wheels

This is the back side of both the tires and the wheels. Please note that both have not been cleaned properly or sanded. They are just as they come out of the mold, with some of the flash removed. The tires can be sanded on the back side and become absolutely perfect.

I just noticed that "C" shaped impression on the rear tire's side wall. It is something I have done after I pulled the tire from the mold :coolpics:

. It is not there on the product.

Here is something cool for the Ferrari 355 lovers. These are the seats that were optional equipment on the 355 and 550. I Molded the inserts separate and in different colors resin. The seats on the pictures are not painted at all and are barely cleaned. The idea is not to skip the painting of the parts, but to provide better foundation for it, although it looks good enough for the inserts to be left unpainted. However I am not too happy with the way I made the mold of the seat itself, so I might redo it.

I just received three new wheels today. The long awaited AMG monoblocks and already managed to completely destroy one of them. :rolleyes:

These are going to be getting made next. So three different AMGs plus the Brabus wheels should be available by end of week.
Then I'll turn my attention to some BBS and Porsche items.

No you are not doing anything wrong. I have not added them there yet. I will tonight.

The wheels and tires on the Italia have not been worked on. Just the flash has been removed. I personally think the Italia needs to be lowered just slightly when wearing these wheels, but I did not have time to do it properly.

I love that you are making widened rear wheels! Im sure these will be a big hit for those wanting to go the modified but still ferrari look. Keep it up!

They are actually not wider than the stock ones. Just the offset is different. Also the finished product should not have quite THAT deep of a rear rim. It would be reduced by almost half. The fronts even more so. However this wide of a rim will be an option by special request.
The tires on the Italia drive me crazy. It turns out they made them a little loose on the rims on the original model. When I turned the prototype from aluminum I took the measurement from the original wheels.

Very cool man! Do you plan on making aftermarket style wheels? It'd be nice to have an american source for wheels instead of everything being in Europe.

I love california 20" wheels.
Lot better than the standard diamond 19"

Yes. These are exact reproduction of the wheels found on the George Michael's California. I made them, so people who have red or blue Cali could have the option wheels without having to buy a whole other Elite model just for the wheels. The optional Daytona seats from the Cali are also on the way.

Well,....................that is my method of finding out how they are attached to the axles :occasion14:

The good news is that this gave me the opportunity to take off the other two I need in perfect condition.
At the end of the day two $100 models just bit the dust for the cause.
