Any one out there used the tremonia transkit for the 288GTO? I just want to get side windows onto my GTO elite.Any idea how to use the transkit and what the finished result will be at the hands of someone with no Modding experience?

Yes I have one for the F40.

They are good, but not for the faint hearted! Photo etch isn't that easy to work with. Having said that, it would be worth you getting one and trying it out.

Yes thats my apprehension too..this is basically a window frame and some clear foil.Any idea how it affixes to the the door?im a complete novice at this so pardon my ignorance,but any help will be greatly appreciated!

I had 3 Tremonia kits: 1 for the Gallardo , 1 for the Murcielago and 1 for the UT 911 RS ...
I donīt know much about the Ferrari Kits ,but I can tell you that they are really great and they fit perfectly ...

HI, I apply one of those kits in my 288 GTO "Spider"
The front grids, are perfectly after drill de model. Those tremonia kits are perfects to upgrade basic models,
There´s a picture of my GTO Spider with Tremonia Kit and Legende Miniatures fiber Kit ;)in My 1:18 Ferrari Whorkshop.

I have not used anything for Ferraris, but I used some parts for seat belts, they are very well made, just make sure to cut them with nail clipper to have smooth edges

that gto spyder is NICE!i believe BBR makes a 1/43 on those lines?any more custom ferraris?

The base model whas an 288 GTO Bburago, but the original model itīs too poor.

Yes I have some custom Ferraris but maybe I open a new topic to talk about him and show you.

He replies really really quick. And the kits come super quick too. I would definitely ask you to go ahead and deal with him.. :) I spoke to him on the phone once too. Damn nice chap. Cant recollect his name stupidly.
