Simply awesome!  One of my most anticipated releases ever, I've long dreamed of a 1:18 962.  Can't wait to add this awesome hidden legend to my collection.

No, it's the up coming release of 962 presentation car.  How much is resembles the race version I'm not sure, sorry.

Looks basically the same to me. Good to hear it's being released though, love the Dauer 962  :drool5:

Probably not... after all, it's a Spark.  Still nice even if it's curbside.

Love it, but it'll be pricey & nothing will open, too much money imo!

F**k you Photobucket.

Hmm...Diecast Legends lists it at 149.99 GBP and Motorsport Collector shows the Le Mans-winning race version at $175 USD. Gotta agree with you, Craig!
I just want someone whose baggage goes with mine [from "Rent"]...

Sorry to go off topic but I'm pretty sure I saw one of these sitting in traffic near my house a few months back. Are these RHD only because what I saw was LHD. Maybe a kit car. Anyway, very low and very yellow whatever it was. Made me do a few double-takes which I don't normally do...

It really annoys me that they expect people to pay so much for it, the 1994 winner car is available on ebay for a little under £100 - but shipping puts it up to £115 which is still too much. How they can justify the price of £149.99 for the street car is beyond me - their models used to cost a lot less, then they put the prices up massively. I'll not go in for it, unless I can get it for a sensible price.
I really don't know why them & AUTOart etc are trying to kill the hobby :lamende:

I think there are less than 10 in existence, and I've never read of one being in the US, so it might've been a kit car.  But, since it was made in Germany, I doubt all were RHD.  If what you saw was a legit Dauer 962, you are extremely lucky!

As much as I love the race version... the street version doesn't do it for me.

Yep I'm not feeling it, if the interior was Black I'd like it (but I guess it's true to life) too much Yellow on the go, plus the windows look to have a Yellow tint too, but it might just be from the seats.

F**k you Photobucket.

Would love one in the collection. The Dauer is a beast that I have been very patiently waiting for.
