There needs to be 1/18 touring cars made buy someone. Don't know of any other than the WTCC 320's from Autoart & the sole BTCC M3 E30 by Minichamps.
Are you restricting this question to 'Supertouring' era cars?
There have been quite a number of earlier Group 2 and Group A models produced in 1/18th scale.
I know - I have quite a few of them.

As they've just announced the Mk7 Volkswagen Golf R, how about a GTi Clubsport S ?

Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione - The cheaper models do not replicate the shape correctly, the and the MR will cost you a fortune.
Posted Image

Alfa Romeo 156 Berlina - One of the best selling Alfa's of the modern era, but still no 1:18 for the Berlina (saloon). It is a timeless beauty, isn't it?
Posted Image

Lancia Thesis - A real 'love it, or hate it' car.
Posted Image

Lancia Fulvia Concept 2003 - This might be the biggest missed opportunity by a car manufacturer to not put this one into production.
Posted Image

Maserati Quattroporte V Sport GTS - This car deserves a representation in 1:18, come on Otto!
Posted Image

Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG W211 Mopf - One of the last understated AMG's.
Posted Image

Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Coupe - The Maisto is OK, but a bit old. The FrontiArt is really expensive.
Posted Image

Peugeot 406 Coupé PininFarina (Pre-facelift) - Otto already did the facelift version, now please make the prettier pre-facelift as well.
Posted Image

Renault Laguna Coupe - The Norev has chunky wheels, now it is Otto's turn to show if they can get it right.
Posted Image

Renault Talisman - Proof that a big beautiful mid-sized saloon does not have to be British, Italian or German
Posted Image

Spyker C8 Aileron - Otto, please make this car in 1:18, before everyone forgets about this great but unsuccesfull Dutch attempt to building a supercar.

Thanks for the FD2R! DC5R, CL7R, CL1R please please please. R32 Nismo too

Finally a CL7R! DC5R CL1R and R32 pretty please!

Yes, please, the Spyker!  I actually saw one of these in San Francisco in 2012...I was really surprised to see one in the US.  It's such an impressive looking car, so many intricacies in its design, it could make for a great model.

The interior is gorgeous, especially for a mid-engined supercar:
