Is there any company that makes a winch for a custom 4x4 I'm building it doesn't have to functioning it just has to look good. If some one can help me I would be most appreciative.

Go onto Amazon and search for "World Peacekeepers Fast Attack vehicle"  It has a 1/18 winch inc the bumper, it also has half decent offroad wheels and tyres and a selection of 1/18 tools !!!

I used the wheels on a Landrover offroader and they looked the business after a touch of paint here and there.

Good idea. I have some of the helicopters etc from that range but haven't seen that particular car in NZ before. Got a photo of the Land Rover with those wheels on it?

Hey Nocky, here is the Landy I built.

I never used the winch though, I made my own, I bought this truck afterwards and couldn't be bothered to do the swap then !!  But I would definitely have used the winch off this truck, it just needs a bit of detailing.

Yes mate.  It has jerry cans and various tools.  the tyres are soft rubber too, not hard plastic.

Love that Landie! And soft rubber tires on the army truck? Now I really want one!

As a bonus, the winch bumper has a fairlead and it fits onto a Landy perfectly !!!
