They're pretty nice, doubt I'll go for them though unless I score a deal.

The Audi R18 2012 LE MANS winner is also due out soon, I reckon I'll get that.

F**k you Photobucket.

Me too - they're one of my favourite makers right now. I love the fact that they make a lot of Porsche models.

me as well. Altough sealed resin, the quality, detail and the subjects they cover are fantastic.

I'm currently waiting on the Momo 935 to get released. As a 935 fan I'm hoping Spark release a few more 935s like they have with the 997s. So far i only know of 2 more 935s in the pipeline by spark after the Momo car.

hi Craig,

The two other cars announced by spark are as follows...

1976 #1 935 Martini sponsored pre-flatnose driven by Jacky Ickx & Jochen Mass. It was the winner of the 6hr Vallelunga endurance race. Here's a photo of the 1:43 version by spark
Posted Image

the second 935 announced is another long tail 935. Same body design as the Momo car. It's the 1984 #6 Valvoline car that came 2nd at the Daytona 24 Hours. Only seen a picture in Sparks 2013 catalogue
Posted Image

I also forgot about the 1978 935 Moby Dick Test Car, also announced in 1:18

I'm thinking about the Valvoline 935, but we will see how the production version looks.

Toyota TS030 LM 2012 #7 & #8 (#7 pictured)

#47 Haribo 997 Pikes Peak car 2012

I just wish the 959 was the Rothmans Livery version that raced briefly at LM before catching fire. The Audi R18 E-Tron and Toyota TS030 deffo interest me.

Couldn't agree more on the 959/61 or whatever the LeMans version was called.  That plain white does nothing for me.  The Haribo Porsche is tempting, but it is too similar to a regular 997 for me to spend the money on it.

yeah, not sure what it is with the white 959, just doest do it for me either. For some reason the 959 photo above makes me think RC car lol. I'd like to see the model in the flesh, see if it's one of those cars where photos don't do it justice.

Good lord, I HAVE to have that TS030.

I just need to figure out how I'm going to pay for it. I recently moved to Belgium for work, so I cannot use my Norwegian Paypal account since I've updated my address already on Ebay. I could try it, but they might freeze my account. So I'm going to wait until it is released and I'll probably buy it from trustworthy CK Modelcars. But then I hit another problem because my current bankcard is not a Visa card, but an ordinary Maestro card.

Maybe I can order a VISA card from the bank here. But as a Toyota fan, I NEED that TS030!

fingers crossed for Toyota this year, I'd like to see them on the Podium this year or better still, put a stop to Audi's Le Mans dominance

I'm really looking forward to the 1:18 version. I have Spark's 1997 Le Mans winner, but this car is way more advanced, and all that aero must've been hard to shape and form.

I got outbid on a TS020 as well today, it looks as though sadly I will never get one for under $150 :(

And then there is the TS010. Is it made in 1:18 scale? Somebody get on that phone with Spark!

I can imagine people going for AutoART's version of the Flying Lizard 997 though, since it has opening parts. Or does it?

I'd go for AutoART because of diecast, but Spark's attention to detail and precision on the livery is just so good!

The Autoart version (above) is a '07 and it does open.  You can tell from looking between the two that there are some pretty big differences exterior-wise and 5 years is a big difference.  Also, the Spark paint will be top notch.

Few new models already hit the shores of Europe.

I hope mods don't mind links to other forums.

Here are photos of three of them.

thanks for the links Sanchez, good to see more photos of the 961. I'm interested in the car but pictures i've seen so far weren't really doing it for me. I think i'll hold off and see if i can pick one up cheap.

I will stick with my AUTOart & Minichamps Flying Lizard cars, they cost me about £40 each, I don't have any need to pay the £120 each for the Spark, which means I can buy one of Sparks other new models :wavetowel2:

[pedant]It's a 961 ;) [/pedant]

Really read the thread to see if the LC2 was in the wind, I see there's still no sign of it at the Japanese show :(
