Hobby design make a load of wheels but most seem to be 1:24 scale, would 19" wheel fit on a 1:18 say something like an M3 and how would the size compare to stock?

Thanks

I dont think it will fit.

The huge rear wheels on maisto prorodz 1/24 are 18" in 1/18 scale.
In 1/24 they are arround 22"-24"

Yeah, I'm surprised they don't make more for 1:18!

20" 1/24 scale wheels would work on a 1/18 car but they are around 14" I think.

I think the 20inch 1/24's look ok on 1/18 BMW's they look like 18's. I'll see if I can find a picture.

A while back there was a seller selling a pack of 8 sets of "spinner" type 1/24 wheels. I bought a set to replace the wheels on the pile of Audis that I had that I had bought for the wheels. I put the wheels back on and donated the cars. Here is what they looked like.

Sorry but this happens only with Jada 1/24 wheels. Hobby design 1/24 20"s are like 15" for 1/18 scale. Look at the Peugeot above. It is a small 1/18 car. BMW will look horrible!

I will either go for some uli nowak Vossen wheels or some ADV's from screetoy. Rather not end up with some mini rims!
