Yet another congratulations are in order then Darren - this Maserati along with the Ferrari Bartoletti are surely the finest of all CMC 1:18 models ever made, and will likely remain as such for a long time (if not forever!). :10: What an absolutely never-ending show of detail and fine craftsmanship! I especially love the undercarriage on these beasts, with all the moving parts and especially the drive shaft with very accurate looking universal Cardan joints one is hard pressed to say if this is a photo of a model or the real deal :eusa_clap:

Wow, now the Fiat Bartoletti - BIG congrats Darren!! :yahoo:
I inspected in physically many years ago at CK's and have to say it is truly breathtaking. At the end I didn't pull the trigger because it simply was too big for me. But you as a 1/12 man won't have such problems with shere size I'm guess... :occasion14:
As for the rubber wiper blades: This is CMC standard :omg: - you can find it even on their earlier models like the 250 GT Berlinetta SWB.

Outstanding Darren. The CMC's transporters are the finest 1:18 scale models ever made. Another round of applause from me :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap:

I congratulate you on this breathtaking model.  I like racing transporters in general, but this Maserati with its many details is a dream. :tongue4:

I also love your photos, especially the indoor ones. :coolpics: :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap: :eusa_clap:

Thanks for the comments guys. It's all praise from me too as i think this is as good as it gets for "wow" ness if that is such a word LOL. I made the decision knowing i would have to pay heavy for most of the models but now i have a few of the cream of 1/18 i cant fault any of the ones i have bought. :10: :agreed: :yahoo: :occasion14: :danke:

WOW! :drool5:  This Maserati transporter is a masterpiece! :eusa_clap:
Right up your alley size wise, but is this a cheat scale wise? So that you can clearly say, it's not 1/18th if questioned? :nice: :yahoo: If so, smart man!!! It looks brilliant!! Glad to see you collecting again Darren!!! :occasion14:

Thanks David, she is not the happiest at the moment so buying has slowed down to balance karma. The Bartoletti box is as big as a 1/12th models and bigger than a lot of 1/12th models boxes but room can be found if it is worth it. :)

Next up we have another 1/18 in Great detail but this time it's from Exoto. It's the Exoto 1/18 1988 Nismo Nissan R89C Chassis in Black. This is a model that had a few parts broken off in transit and the odd tiny part missing but i got it at such a good price i am happy with what it offers and have glued what i could see broken back together (including the rear wing). This particular model never came with the wheels,it's just a chassis model. The on board jacks work and it looks very nice with them extended and held up by them. This is no XS series in detail and i personally prefer the 1/18 Autoart R390 as it has better detail and just looks sharper although this is a very nice model too.

And now we have the last for now of the 1/12 models. It's the BBR 1/12 2018 Pagani Huayra Roadster in Carbon Fibre Blue. This is another Awesome model with such Great detail, although Resin and sealed it is the Roadster, so much can be seen without looking too far into it. It has different coloured wheels on each side so if you don't like it one way you can turn it around. BBR have upped their game with this Beast as i can't really see any flaws,an Excellent model well worthy of addition. Photo heavy again Guys.

Thanks Nat. Yes it looks like BBR modelled this Huayra in the high position as i believe the real car has adjustable height. Strangely Peako's 1/12 versions are also in the high position too.

Next up we have a Awesome set from Exoto in 1/18. It's the Exoto 1/18 1989 Sauber Mercedes C9  #63 and Chassis set. I didn't want to disturb the two models as i was limited to time before the wife got back LOL. So here are the best shots of them without taking them from their foam surrounds.

Thanks for your comment,Dirk. Happy to be cherry picking some wonderful models. I love the reservoir behind the firewall which looks to be half full with fluid, some Great little touches like that make these models even better. :yahoo: :occasion14: :danke:
