These are fantastic? A rare duo of 1/12 Mclaren F1's.The magenta red Mclaren F1 was a workers gift model to the 79 people who worked on the actual Mclaren F1.When the last one rolled out the workers were given one of these each as a thank you present. The minichamps box has no code because of this. The Yellow McLaren F1 was hand made from a workshop in japan and the run was 50,this is #46.Thanks, Darren.

I bought them on a well known auction site a few years ago. These were expensive then and i must have paid over the odds to get them.I did'nt buy them together, now they are like a pair of gloves.

These are the 1/12 scale Tamiya kits i made up over last winter.I thought i would put them together because of the film RUSH just coming out.The McLaren M23 and the Ferrari 312t4.Although i think the ferrari in the film is a 312t2 i don't have that one.The Ferrari model has to have the most detailed engine i have seen in a kit,i was impressed.

Dave i think it's about 13-14 inch long and about 4 1/2 inch wide
The last ones i will be putting on today are the 1/32 FM fire engines, saving the best till last, then 1/12 from then on!!

Thats pretty big mate... Do you just keep them all boxed, or do you have a man cave to display them?

When i first came onto this forum i went to the thread about nowhere to store them, they are all in boxes, half of the spare room room is full of them.Like i said i have the three big boxes at my mothers (real art replicas)and they came with two boxes just as big each. One for the base and one for the case. When i have done the 1/12 models i will get them one at a time and photograph them-now they are BIG!.....They are the Dan Gurney blue racing car 1/8,the Ferrari P4 in 1/8 and the 1/6 greer black dragster, now they will be awesome to see.
